Myself and amazing fiancé had a glamping trip voucher given and after looking at all the choices this one stood out to us the most! Beautiful Yurts and tents to stay in, decorated so lovely and in a great area for hiking a town nearby and pub just 3 minute walk away to have food if we wished.
We stayed here two nights which was a perfect amount of time, the weather was shining always, fire pits at night, drinking and a warming log burner in our yurt in the cold evenings. And they were very cold evenings!! 100% recommend putting that log burner on as soon as it gets dark to warm your yurts up for sleeping. They had a nicely laid out communal part with sofas a fridge if you wished to put food in there, kettle for teas and coffees for out to help yourself. Toilets were actually really good for being outdoors very clean and little showers to get rid of the smokey smells form your fires.
Overall we LOVED it ! Just wished we lived closer we'd definitely go again!
The first day we kind of stayed in the area wondered out slightly walking around but mainly stayed in our yurt played some games and just unwind from our busy lives.
The second day we visited the nearby town dressed up for a hike. Parked and started our hike up a HUGE hill and finished it off with a drink at a local pub and walked around town. Drove back to have dinner in our yurt and the people who run the glamping site made up the big fire pit for us. We brought some marshmallows and alcohol to have a chilled night but he campfire.
